EBS is looking for skilled and ambitious developers to join our team and help build our next generation web applications and cloud computing platforms. From language parsers to USB device drivers and from HRM systems to cloud-based applications, our work has always been about solving challenging and business-critical problems for our customers. Our relentless focus on quality, efficiency and careful planning has forced us to be meticulous when undertaking new projects, so that we can guarantee the quality of service expected by our customers. After 10 successful years in the software business we are now expanding our horizons and need new people to come on board and help us take it to the next level.

The ideal candidates will have a University degree in Computer Science or related fields and working experience with the Java language. Demonstrable experience in Servlets (or GWT, Struts, Wicket, etc.), ORM (JPA, Hibernate or other) and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or others) will be essential. Knowledge of web technologies and standards (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript) is a must. Familiarity with version control systems (Mercurial, Git, Subversion) and continuous integration systems is a major plus. We work in a heterogeneous environment with Linux, Windows and Mac OS X workstations and deploy mainly to Linux servers, so sysadmin experience in UNIX-like systems is also a big plus. Last but definitely not least, participating and contributing to open-source projects is a huge plus!
