The EBS CMS/DMS is based on a J2EE1-based, 3-tier, web-based Content Management System that provides all the services and functionality required via:
- Core functional modules and services. Existing modules and services included in the EBS solution.
- Plug-in modules for specific functionality. Additional functional and/or business modules of the EBS eAccelarator framework (e.g. LDAP-based user&role management module, document management module, full-text search system)
- Custom modules can be developed specifically for the customer's needs. These are plug-in modules that are implemented for custom requirements, based on the EBS CMS API.
The EBS CMS implements arbitrary tree-like hierarchies of content categories (items organized in a category tree) and offers support for:
- multiple languages (resource packs),
- static and dynamic content,
- integration with back-end Enterprise Information Systems (DBMSs, ERPs, custom ISs via APIs, etc.),
- customizable item structure (through its API any structure of content can be supported),
content versioning with creation/approval/access history, and a rollback mechanism
- deletion recovery (“trashbin”),
- templating (html/xml templates can be used),
- HTML WYSIWYG editing (all user roles allowed to add rich text content may use a WYSIWYG through-the-web editor) including image uploading,
- LDAP or Database based authentication of users,
- a category-based permission system (multiple permissions for access, creation, approval, etc.) and fine grained security tuning based on individual users,
workflow management (content editing, approval, etc.)
- a full text search system that supports xml, text, html, unecrypted PDF, MS Office formats and custom DB record indexing and searching,

EBS-HRMS is a Web-based solution for managing Human Resources and Employee Training. It has been developed in Java (J2EE) and 3-tier architecture, offering extreme flexibility, performance, scalability and security. EBS-HRM is available for any operating system, RDBMS and hardware platform, with an unlimited user license. It requires minimal COTS investment. It is a highly extensible and flexible solution that can integrate with ERP, Payroll, BI, Enteprise Information Portals and other Enterpise Information Systems.

A distributed J2EE solution for supporting and streamlining the key business processes and work-flows of the Legal Department of a Bank or Financial Institution (retail and/or corporate banking services). The system implements a flexible and robust user management and security model (LDAP integration) and provides interfaces to various departments, branches and external lawyers. It includes a sophisticated notification and reporting subsystem. The solution can be integrated with the Banking Software System, CRM and other back-end systems.
